Positive: The host was really gracious. She welcomed us with some delicious sweets and even though she couldn't speak much english she gave us many suggestions about activities nearby. The room is quite big for a couple. Kitchen is small but shouldn't be a problem if the aim is to stay there for 1 or 2 nights. House is equipped with all essential amenities. We stayed with 9 months old baby and crib was provided. Property is just 7km away from P1 of Plitvice Lakes. House is surrounded by trees and greenary and it would be a nice experience for someone looking to stay close to nature.
Negative: Not necessarily a negative point but location is quite remote so an access via public transport might be little difficult. Supermarket is also not in vicinity. Having a car would be recommended.

Positive: Good location to 16 lake. Excellent staff living in same building who waiting for us to come, helps us do laundry, sends over home make drink and sweets! Great appreciated

Positive: Quiet and tranquil setting near Plitvice Park (by car). Space was very functional and comfortable. Hosts were very kind offering a welcome cappuccino and later cake, as well as advice regarding the best way to visit the park. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Apartment Mauro to anyone seeking similar amenities.
